		<description>Great article.   Also don't forget that both the conforming FNMA and FHA lending limts are both predicted to increase significantly in the next few weeks.   This not only helps the first time homebuyer, but also the move up markets as well, especially in the higher cost housing markets as is common in Maryland and Northern VA.</description>
