		<description>That seems like a pretty low interest rate for a mortgage on a five-unit building. Of course, laws about investment properties vary by state. I usually try to stay at four units or fewer because of the ease of the transaction.

Another thing to consider is whether the property will be owner-occupied. If the buyer doesn't live on the grounds, the interest rate is usually higher. A couple of percent, isn't it?</description>
