we have been in chapter 13 for two going on 3 years .we are paying 3200 a month and now it will much higher because i lost my job and we couldn”t pay the real estate taxes so our mortgage co. paid them , now the chapter 13 court wants another 1000.oo a month ,and i just don’t have that kind of money .what can i do

We are 6 months into our ch13 our payments are paying $2300 per mo to our mortgage co and just found our that our mortgage is an adjustable rate and the mortgage co wants to raise our payments another $150 soon. Our total payments to the trustee is $2650 per mo and with our sons post transplant costs we are starting to drown can you help us too?

I would like to refinance right away, We are in a chap 13 and need to refinance so the old mortgage co will stay off our backs. It is making it hard to do the 13 with the threat of the mortgage company. WE are paying $1122.00 to the trustee monthly and 2157 to the mortgage company
