Bethany Beach condo refinance

Please understand this question can't be accurately answered with the information provided. The rate depends on the credit of you, the equity of the home and what type. Condo, Single family etc. Also how long you lock the loan makes a difference. If you would like an honest rate quote that can be backed up please email or call me @240-403-1970 and I'll figure it out.

That being said I am working on a DE refinance on an investment property and the rate is 4.625% fixed for 30 years. No points on that quote.
As far as the closing costs go it depends on the loan amount for the title insurance. Our fees are a flat fee and so is the settlement fee from the attorney. Same with the appraisal. The biggest "cost" is the escrow account if you have one. Hope this helps and please let me know if you need more.

Please note that the rate quoted is for someone else and this is not a rate for you. It could be higher or lower depending on your circumstances. Just a ballpark.
