a cash out loan

Could you tell me if there is financing available on doublewides on perm. foundation on 15 acres in Va. We only have a credit score of 654. We would like to do a fha cash out loan to pay off some credit cards and home improvements. Please advise.

I would start with a local bank that knows your area well, and may be more likely to lend for your situation. OR contact your current lender and see what they're willing to do.

We generally don't work double-wides & don't have much information to provide you.
