Can you please give me a call or email tomorrow? It sounds like from everything you have said that it would not be a problem to refinance you. Is there something else that is preventing you? The rates are slightly higher but still excellent. Is there a problem with the condo being approved for loans? Hope this helps let me know how I can reach you.
