Hi, and thank you for visiting the site! The quick answer is yes, there is a ZERO COST option available when you meet certain criteria. Sometimes the 'low cost' options make more sense with their lower interest rates.

A few questions for you;

–What state & county is the property in

–what is the loan amount on your first lien

–estimated value of your home

–is it a detached home, townhome, or condo

–rate your credit; excellent def over 720 scores, good, OR fair
