DC doesn't sponsor a specific no closing cost program but lenders do have no closing programs that you might qualify for to use on your DC home. I'd be happy to share specifics with you if you contact me. I can be reached at 301.517.5434.

I echo Eric's sentiment. All home whevever the home are eligible for a no closing cost loan.

We are all doing quite of few of these right now. Please give me a call at 240-403-1970 or email bmendelson@monarchmtg.com and I can explain what is covered under a no closing cost loan and we can review all your options and see what the best fit is for you.

Thanks,
