mortgage/visa status

No I am sorry according to my information an F-1 visa is ineligible for a loan in the United States. It’s for students and so limits the hours and locations you can work typically.

Thanks,

An F-1 Visa is fine with some lenders including using income and assets from another country. If providing income or assets are a concern, foreign income and assets of a parent or family member could work. One of the big questions will be how much is the home purchase price and how much are you willing to put down?

If you provide a bit more information I would be happy to help.

Please let us know if you are able to find a home for your loan thru Access national mortgage or another lender. My research shows that these visas are not permitted. Using another visa type of a parent is a possibility. Good luck and hopefully Skip can be of service to you.
