Selling Home Question

To make an educated decision, you’ll want to have a local Realtor pull ‘rent comps’ and see what similar properties go for if they are rented.

Also important is how much you owe vs what you conservatively can expect if you sell your home. Ask this Realtor to pull ‘sold comps’ as well to see a realistic sales price. Back out commissions, closing costs, and potential seller credit for your Buyer.. and get your NET proceeds calculated.

Knowing the above information will help you make this decision. Nothing about these actions will hurt your credit. Good luck..
