the buyer and seller typically split the Recordation and Transfer Taxes 50/50.
Everything else depends on what terms you agreed to. You might ask the seller to pay $5,000 towards your closing costs. Seller probably won’t agree to as low of a price, since their ‘net’ will be lower. But if it helps your cash flow, then it will make the deal work…
