  • Choice Finance® has FHA.  Can you survive in this market without fha?
  • Choice Finance® has in-house lending.  This means your Underwriter works and approves your loan at our office.  As a lender there is no disclosure of YSP.  This also means docs are drawn at our office.. it is not uncommon to have the docs drawn and at the Title company 2 days before settlement.
  • Our systems infrastructure is web-based and centralized so you have remote access to everything from outside the office. 
  • We will give you individual access to our web based Pricing Engine.  Plug in the info while you're on the phone with a client, and the engine pulls all the rate pricing AND guidelines immediately.  Imagine the time this will save you from having to sift through rate sheets.  Ask us for a demonstration, it will blow you away.
  • Choice Finance® is also a broker.   If we don't lend on the program you would like to lock your borrower into, you can then shop it with virtually every good wholesaler and bank out there.  You will always be able to compete on any product.
