MITCH has over 20 years experience in the Building/Real Estate Industry. He began his career in 1985 with Thomas P.Harkins Inc., one of the areas most prominent General Contractors. "I knew early on that I would make this my career." Mitch then spent several years selling homes for NVR Inc., the areas largest residential builder. Mitch won numerous awards for his achievements as a top producer in both Prince George's and Montgomery counties for Ryan homes. After transitioning to NVR Mortgage (sister company to Ryan Homes), Mitch found a home at Choice Finance in April of 2006. "I pride myself in my ability to communicate with my customers, and keep them at ease every step of the way. Great customer service is the key to my success."
Mitch is a native Washingtonian and a graduate of the University of Maryland. When he is not working on your loan, 
Mitch is most likely coaching his son Brett's baseball or basketball team.

SCOTT started his mortgage career in 1987 as a retail loan officer. Scott originated loans while concurrently provided training to new realtors through the Long and Foster Real Estate Institute. Scott originated over 14 million dollars of purchase loan volume annually and was awarded top loan officer of the year.
Scott founded Elite Funding Corporation in 1992 which was a full service mortgage banking company. Elite originated more than 1 billion dollars in retail mortgage loans in that time. As a partner, his role was focused on investor relations, compliance, underwriting and loan originations. The company has since changed its name with its focus more on real estate development.
Scott is now Vice President of Choice Finance®. His role when he joined Choice in 2005 was to assist Choice Finance in becoming a mortgage lender. Scott was responsible for the entire lending division. With his new focus on loan originations,
his knowledge and ability to lend gives him the advantage over the competition to both broker or lend on a variety of mortgage loans.
Scott is also a native Washingtonian and a graduate of the University of Maryland. When he is not working on your loan, Scott is most likely spending time with his 3 children: Janie, Adam and Nathan.
