Trust Tax= $3.33 per thousand of the loan amount(s)
Grantor's Tax= $1.00 per thousand, typically paid by seller

Recording Fees= approximately $50 total

Refinance
Trust Tax= $3.33 per thousand of new Deed of Trust loan amount
