Robert E. Pugh, Principal – Project Lead 
Robert Pugh together with his partner Kenneth E. Fellows launched Fellows Commercial Real Estate Advisors (FCRA) headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland in January 2007. Since forming FCRA, Robert and his team have secured over 2.7 million square feet of commercial real estate listings in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Robert’s experience, dedication, and dynamic track record have helped propel FCRA’s rapid success.Robert’s range of expertise in commercial real estate includes landlord and tenant representation, build-to-suits, investment sales, acquisitions, condo conversions, 1031 fulfillment, syndication, sale/leasebacks, synthetic leases, and office, flex, retail, and industrial leasing. During his career, Robert has successfully leased over three million square feet of office space.Prior to forming FCRA, Robert was Vice President at Scheer Partners, Inc., where he earned several “top producer” awards. In 2000, Robert helped open the Prince George’s County office of Scheer Partners in Greenbelt, Maryland. The office consistently performed beyond expectations in terms of growth and revenue, and was awarded “Small Business of the Year” by the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce in 2003.Also, in 2003, Robert handled the initial leasing of 72,000 square feet at Patriot Business Park, a new commercial development consisting of two 84,000 square foot buildings. The transaction was the third largest in Prince George’s County that year and the project was awarded “2004 Best Real Estate Deal, Suburban Office” by the Washington Business Journal.Robert secured over 1.5 million square feet of office and flex listings in Prince George’s County in 2005 including that of Metro East Office Park. The office park is a 578,000 square foot business campus located at the Capital Beltway and Route 50 in Landover.In 2006, Robert brokered two of the three largest transactions in Prince George’s County. He represented Prince George’s County in leasing 62,000 square feet for a new Police Training Academy, and Advance Realty in leasing 53,000 square feet to Giant Food for their regional headquarters.Robert graduated from Salisbury University Franklin P. Perdue School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Robert’s professional affiliations include the NAIOP, Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors, Suburban Maryland High Tech Council, Prince George’s County High Tech Council (Tech Park Committee), and Prince George’s County Economic Development Legislative Committee.

Kenneth E. Fellows, Principal – Project Lead

Ken Fellows began his commercial real estate career with the Polinger Company in 1988. He then joined Scheer Partners in 1992 and successfully completed commercial real estate transactions for over three million square feet of office, medical, R&D and warehouse space during his tenure. With a primary focus on suburban Maryland, Ken has leased and/or sold over 300,000 square feet of office space each year.While at Scheer Partners, Ken quickly rose to Executive Vice President. In early 2000, Ken was involved in the opening of the Greenbelt, Maryland, branch office of Scheer Partners, overseeing a staff of seven. Under Ken’s leadership, the Greenbelt office flourished and by 2006, Ken increased the size of the office to 12 people.As a result of his outstanding level of performance, Ken has received many top producer awards. In 1996, GWCAR recognized Ken as the No. 2 Producer in the state of Maryland, with over $30 million in leasing transactions. In 1997, he completed over $25 million in sales and leasing transactions. In 1998, he received a GWCAR award for being No. 9 Producer in Maryland, with over $22 million in leasing transactions. In 2001, Ken was again recognized by GWCAR for being the No. 7 Producer in Maryland, with over $22 million in transactions.Through his experience and excellent interpersonal skills, Ken has developed and maintained long lasting relationships with his clients. His knowledge of the market has enhanced his ability to add value to transactions through professional advice, superior negotiating skills and relentless follow through.Ken is a licensed broker in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, and has attended the Professional Golfers Association Business School I & II. Ken is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation. He is a member of the NAIOP, Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors and the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber of Commerce.

D. Brent Prossner, Associate – Project Support

Brent Prossner entered into Commercial Real Estate in July 2005, having a background in Industrial Sales for 3M, and has been involved in all aspects of the sales cycle since graduation from Lehigh University in 1999. Brent has spent his entire Real Estate career working with Ken Fellows and Rob Pugh and has been with FCRA since the company’s inception. In Brent’s tenure, he has successfully represented several tenants and landlords in both Prince George’s and Anne Arundel Counties.Brent represents technology firms, government contractors, churches, doctors, and non-profit agencies, as well as some of Prince George’s County’s largest landlords. These landlords include Advance Realty Group, Kenwood Management, Washington Properties, and Prince George’s Metro Center.Brent received his Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Lehigh University. He is a licensed commercial realtor in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the Anne Arundel Commercial and Industrial Association and the Anne Arundel County Economic Development Association.

John H. Misleh – Asset & Construction Management

John Misleh is the Asset Manager overseeing Asset and Construction Management for FCRA. He leads his team in management of office buildings, government facilities, and landlord services.John is an experienced commercial real estate manager with a unique blend of proven expertise in operational and financial functions. He has over six years experience directly managing commercial real estate portfolios and is highly customer-focused while driving bottom line results. His strengths include:

John joined forces with FCRA in 2005 from Atlantic Realty Companies where he successfully managed a team of seven people and oversaw over 800,000 square feet of commercial office space.Currently, John oversees a property management group that manages over half a million square feet of office space and government facilities across the Washington DC region. In addition, he works with FCRA to assist in underwriting and facilitating acquisitions and sales of commercial properties.John received his Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia. He is currently pursuing his CCIM and RPA Designations.

David H. Bralove – Legal Counsel

David Bralove is a third generation Washington, DC area real estate professional. His family has developed and owned some of the most notable landmark buildings in the metropolitan area, including the Shoreham Hotel and its surrounding buildings (the Shoreham North luxury condominiums and the former Tamerlane Apartments); 3901 Connecticut Avenue, NW; 3601 Connecticut Avenue, NW (the Broadmoor); and 2101 Connecticut Avenue, NW.David has been engaged in the private practice of law for 27 years specializing in real estate transactional matters involving commercial real estate acquisition/sale, development and finance. His experience includes serving as General Counsel and Senior Vice President for a major mid-Atlantic thrift institution; representing foreign governments and their nationals, as well as US companies and investors, seeking investment in real estate world-wide; and acting as owner-trustee for a multinational group in the management of $100 Million in real estate assets. His area of expertise extends to the negotiation and drafting of complex business and real estate acquisition and financing agreements among parties with diverse interests and goals. His success and demand as an advocate for real estate clients results from his ability to be both creative and persuasive in the deal-making process.David is a cum laude graduate of Union College in Schenectady, NY and received his law degree from the American University Washington College of Law where he served on the law review and was a Dean’s Fellow Teaching Assistant. He is admitted to practice law in DC, MD, NY, PA, and TX.David’s community service includes being past President and member of the Board of Directors of The National Treatment Consortium, Inc., a charitable organization devoted to finding solutions for alcohol and other drug addictions, and serving on the advisory board of RnetHealth.com.
